Not every real estate or vacation rental listing needs a Sunset Photo shoot, but if your location, from gated communities to new construction rentals, have views, it is well worth the investment. You would be surprised by how easy it is to work around the more unsightly aspects of a residence to highlight the best features, and bring clients and investors in for an open house.
Sunset (or sunrise!) shoots are offered as an add on to the real estate package, but don’t be afraid to ask about real estate a la carte images, especially for local Ventura luxury homes.
The following are the type of photos you can expect from a typical shoot. Unlike, interior photography, the amount of photos can vary depending on the needs of the location. Some realtors would rather get that one, magazine perfect, shot. Others prefer to have a variety of looks to help viewers feel like they are in the space, without actually being there. Be sure to ask if you want the photos to lean one way or the other, or somewhere in-between.
